Good value for money and pleasant apartment in new port area.

It’s very simple but pleasant. We only stayed for 1 night. Good air conditioning in kitchen sitting area. Fridge and kitchen area was good. The place was clean and it had a good shower. The host was helpful and responded well to text messages, even though we didn’t meet him. Nice bistro downstairs with great cocktails.

It was very bare. Needs a bit more decoration or furniture to make it feel more comfortable with a few more pictures on the walls. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more quality as well. The air-conditioning was in the sitting area, not in the bedroom so it was pretty hot for sleeping. I booked because it was one minute from the port but as it turned out, it was four or 5 km and a taxi ride from the Sinia boat. It cost us €25 so probably would’ve been better for us to stay in the centre of town.

Well equipped but rather sterile

The location is in a very nice place and close to the harbour. The appartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need.

Although everything is there, it feels a bit 'sterile'. The ceiling lamps are bright and give a 'cold' colour, and there's no alternative for warmer lighting. The kitchen room is large but rather empty, e.g. a larger table would have been nice. All together, it doesn't feel like a 'home'.

Big and beautiful appartement near the port

Valerio was such a nice host and helped us a lot by driving us from the train station to the appartement. Additionally he showed us where we needed to go in the morning to catch the ferry. Even though we only stayed one night, we loved the apartement that was big and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic since we were able to reach the port by foot in the morning.

The bed was a little bit hard.

Alloggio carino e ben tenuto. Ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Livorno e accanto al centro commerciale. Comodo alla fermata degli autobus.

Appartamento situato al secondo piano di un edificio datato, accessibile tramite una scala stretta e molto usurata. Dotato di uno split per condizionamento e riscaldamento ma non sufficiente a mantenere una temperatura sufficientemente calda considerato il periodo dell'anno (novembre inoltrato) un po' in tutti gli ambienti ma specialmente nel bagno. Colazione non inclusa nella tariffa.

Per una tappa veloce a Livorno

Ampio appartamento vicino al centro, con una cucina nuova e spazioso.

Il letto era abbastanza scomodo e ad ogni minimo movimento faceva tanto rumore, che si univa a quello dell'esterno. Appartamento anche non insonorizzato rispetto a inquilini sopra e sotto di noi. Bagno grande ma mancavano salviette adeguatamente grandi per la doccia.

La porta d'ingresso e le scale d'accesso al secondo piano sono inguardabili. Purtroppo in zona ci sono parcheggi, ma essendo sona residenziale sono tutti occupati da persone del posto.

Ein sehr guter Start für die Fähre nach Korsika

Für uns war die Lage dieser Wohnung ideal, da wir am nächsten Morgen auf die Fähre wollten. Wir sind nur diese eine Nacht dort gewesen und sind erst spät angekommen. Wir haben die Küche und das Wohnzimmer nicht genutzt, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, als wir dann die hier angegebene Nummer genutzt haben (und nicht dem Chat über booking.com) auch das kontaktlose Einchecken. Es war angenehm klimatisiert in der Wohnung und nicht zu laut.

Für mich persönlich könnte die Wohnung mit etwas mehr Liebe eingerichtet sein, ich Empfand sie als etwas "kühl". Aber das wusste ich vorher, wenn man andere Bewertungen liest.

Da atenção que Valerio e a esposa nos deram. O chuveiro funcionava perfeitamente e estava quente. A limpeza feita pela esposa de Valerio. O secador de cabelo.

A localização não era tão boa assim. Embora o apartamento fosse relativamente novo, o prédio estava caindo aos pedaços, com buracos nos degraus das escadas. Não tinha sabonete ou xampu no banheiro, nem tapete na frente do box. Além disso, o vidro não chegava até o final do box, então vazava e espirrava água para fora. A cama rangia com o mínimo movimento. A internet era péssima, mal dava para usar.

Niente!!!!!

Non soffermandoci sulle scale che erano fatiscenti, ma questo capisco che possa non dipende dal singolo, voglio parlare però di tutto il resto che non era di certo migliore. La casa ristrutturata? Forse si, almeno 10 anni fa e con materiali decisamente scadenti a partire dal pavimento che sprofondava quando passavi, passando alla cucina: barattoli per contenere caffè e zucchero sporchi delle medesime ma vuoti, polvere sopra al frigorifero, forno sporco ancora con rimasugli dei, suppongo, clienti precedenti e spugne per lavare i piatti già usate più e più volte. Camera da letto: fiocchi di polvere sotto al letto e sopra lo stipite della porta, lampada di fianco al letto sopra al tavolino ma nessuna presa nei dintorni, la più vicina era di fianco alla porta d’entrata della camera da letto… (no sense!!) lenzuola stropicciate come se il letto fosse stato rifatto dai clienti precedenti e lasciato così o forse dal proprietario stesso senza cambiare biancheria e nemmeno per lo meno preoccuparsi di sbatterle e tirarle, per non parlare dei buchi e delle macchie presenti sulle coperte. Bagno: scopettino del wc presente ma senza manico per poterlo usare (no sense!! Pt.2) specchio decisamente alto in cui si fa molta fatica a specchiarsi, cestino con levetta rotta e sacchetto ancora pieno di cottonfioc e assorbenti usati dei clienti precedenti, muffa e calcare nell’angolo della doccia e sul muro di fianco al lavandino, asciugamani presenti ma solo viso e corpo (no bidet) e pieni di buchi, lavandino con scarico discretamente tappato. Wi-Fi? Presente ma non funzionante. Spazzatura? Nelle regole della casa presenti all’interno viene richiesto di sbarazzarcene noi stessi, ma nessuno ci si spreca a spiegarci come, in quanto, suppongo, esiste la differenziata anche qua. Essendo arrivati di pomeriggio tardi e con il treno siamo stati obbligati a fermarci in quanto non abbiamo trovato altri appartamenti o camere disponibili ma sicuramente ha fatto abbastanza schifo.

Appartamento molto essenziale ma carente di diversi comfort: metà rotolo di carta igienica senza scorte, nessun kit per il bagno, no wifi. Il letto ahimè molto scomodo.

Gute Lage. Schöne Wohnung und speziell schönes Bad

Schreckliches Bett. Die Federn quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Wenn sich eine Person umdreht wacht die andere vom Krach mit auf. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Aber ich glaub das war ein einmaliges Problem.
