An NO. 0 out of 10. Very dirty apartment

This was a really bad experience for us. We arrived at the apartment, and first, the code did not work. Once we were in the apartment, we had to deal with a dirty apartment. The sheets were stained. The towels had a weird smell on them. The shower was not properly cleaned. We had to wash everything, including the bedding, to sleep the night there. The WiFi did not work.

We contacted the owner. And they said they could not do anything about it. They also could not refund us.I asked for clean bedding, and they said they were not in Livorno. Later, they showed up trying to open the door with a key. They ask question but did not care to bring any clean towels or bedding. I contacted bookings and now a few days later I have heard nothing from them. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend this place at all.

Great location

The location is perfect and the restaurant next door is fab.

The stairs are steep and very uneven When we first went in, it had a stale smell. The shower needs to be regrouted! it's very bad and looks dirty The bed is comfortable but very noisy. When my husband turned over in his sleep, it woke me up.

Air conditioning and washing machine and goed position right in the center of everything 👍

The bed uncomfortable and cheap synthetic 👎 sheets instead of cotton ones . If there's was no airco and no washing machine it would have the worst booking 😒. If the owner will take more care of these things it wil be much-better I can quranty it will be Perfect

Disappointing

Air conditioner was helpful. Close to the port.

Very narrow steeps to the 3 floor. Terrible smelling peace of material or something inside washing machine. We decide not even touch it. Refrigerator is a joke, some kind of minibar. Cant chill even a bottle of wine. Ask for help to order us a taxi ( because my phone cant make a call in Europe ) Guess what ? Received a message from host that she is not receptionist.

Good location for the ferry to Corsica, very basic small flat for one night. Watch the steps!!

Breakfast not applicable. Great restaurant next door and the property is less than 10 mins walk from the ferry which was the reason for booking.

No hot water in either taps or shower and there is a very dangerous step half way though the bathroom which can not been seen easily when stepping down. Change the floor tiles or highlight the edge of the step somehow. My wife has Parkinson’s and found this and the uneven steps from street level up two floors a problem. I wouldn't have booked had I known but we got over it but it’s best to mention if anyone has mobility or sight issues then the apartment is not suitable.

Nice studio in Livorno center

Location is really good and convenient, with everything close (shopping, restaurant, public transport, port, etc...). The place is quiet, and neighbours are kind. The bed is really comfy. And thanks to the host, Serenella, for our usual communication!

I'm used to another place of Serenella which is bigger, so that's not a "don't like"

Convenient location but price too high for value.

Apartment is a short walk from the ferries’ port and in a nice neighborhood.

The room smelled like smoke, the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. I found it very overpriced for what it turned out to be.

Un angolo al centro

Posizione centrale, con negozi e locali notturni. Luminoso e ben pulito.

L'appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio .Si avverte molto la presenza di rumori provenienti dagli appartamenti adiacenti .Pertanto l'appartamento difetta di una certa privacy. Bagno. Sono presenti due scalini distanziati che passano abbastanza inosservati. Questo potrebbe diventare un pericolo, specialmente durante la notte, quando la persona non è molto sveglia. Ho rischiato di cadere inciampando più volte e rischiando di farmi molto male. Consiglio vivamente di evidenziare tale presenza al fine di evitare spiacevoli conseguenze per gli inquilini.
