The apartment is well located, and the description and photos fully match reality. A big advantage is the nearby parking (though it might be more difficult during the summer season).
The kitchen is well equipped, and the terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The host also provided small snacks, coffee, and tea, which was a very nice touch.
I would recommend this apartment for couples or families with 1–2 children.
As a recommendation, it would be helpful to have the apartment aclimatization before guests arrive, and to provide shower gel and shampoo for the entire stay.
