Enrico e Martina 😊🏡☀️

The hosts were very welcoming and provided information. Apartment large and well equipped. Balcony great in size but was overlooked by a factory. Location was great as was within walking distance of all major sites.

Being overlooked by the factory.

So, let's start first with the owner, Francesco. He contacted us immediately after we made the reservation and provided all the necessary information. He also reached out to us before our arrival. I have nothing but praise for Francesco—he was very kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, he gave us suggestions for restaurants and places to visit and was available to assist us at any time. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 15😊 Now, regarding the apartment and its location, here's what I can share. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and has a spacious terrace. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and a mini shopping center. It's a great area for walking. There is free parking in front of the building. While it can be challenging to find a parking space during the day, however there are always available spots after 10 p.m. We had a wonderful experience during our vacation in Livorno, and if we decided to visit again, we would definitely choose to stay at "Tra mare e centro città". High recommendation to everybody.
