Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug .

Een geweldige wijk in het oud gedeelte van Livorno, characteristic en vol talloze voor een diner of een drankje. Alles is op loop afstand en ondanks niet bij de accommodatie te mogen vanaf 20uur s’avonds.. is er een goede parkeerplaats aanbevolen. Appartementen is splinternieuw, ruim, schoon en van bijna alles voorzien.

Ze zijn druk aan het verbouwen in het gebouw en zelfs in het weekend. Er zijn een paar aanpassingen nodig voor de lange termijn - badkamer afvoer is niet helemaal goed afgewerkt, er is geen afzuiging in de keuken en alle stopcontacten zijn wat ons betreft niet geheel veilig ( als ik het norm in NL hanteer).

Schoon, ruim, fris. Supergoed contact met de host. We waren maar 1 dag omdat we op doorreis waren. Maar als we langer konden blijven, had ik dat zeker gedaan!

Super Unterkunft, total schick und schön, in toller Gegend

Die Lage ist mitten in Venezia, dem "Studentenviertel" in dem Abends viele Kneipen udn Nachtleben statt findet Das Apartment war super schön, sehr neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Das Bett super bequem! Es gibt einen Aufzug nach oben, und einen Balkon in den Hinterhof: Das einzige ist, dass man keinen Blick auf die Gegend hat sindern in eine Innenhof/Schacht. Dafür ist es sehr sehr ruhig! parken kann man ganz in der Nähe auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der 8€ kostet für 24 Std, oder man sucht halt so, was in der Stadt schwierig ist.
