Waterfront balcony I Grani 1 Resort Style Suite

Wonderful modern, clean apartment in a great location right on the canal. The outdoor terrace is spectacular - perfect place for a glass of something before dinner. We slept really well - there was no noise at night, the A/C worked well and the bed was incredibly comfy. I'd stay here again.

These are all small niggles. The wifi was unusably slow - we ended up just relying on 5G on our phones. Also there's a coffee machine with the new type of Nespresso pods that you can only order online - this meant the coffee machine was unusable. It would be nice if a few coffee pods were left for guests.

Tilava asunto, joka hyvin pidetty ja siisti. Ihana iso parveke. Hyvät sängyt ja kiva kylpyhuone. Täydellinen sijainti meidän tarpeisiin. Majoittaja vastaili toiveisiimme nopeasti ja lupasi lisäillä pyytämiämme perustarvikkeita tuleville vieraille, tyytyväisyyden takaamiseksi. Hyvin pienet asiat ratkaisevat lopulta täydellisesti onnistuneen vierailun ja tässä asunnossa ollaan jo hyvin lähellä sitä. Pientä viilausta vielä 😀

Rappukäytävään johtava ulko-ovi reistaili ja oli jättää meidän ulos eräänä iltana. Sähkölukko toimii siis huonosti. Naapurit päästivät tällä kertaa sisään mutta huoli heräsi jos näin ei olisi ollut. Ja mitä tapahtuu sähkökatkojen aikana… Säilytystilaa vaatteille olisi voinut olla enemmän, esim. lipasto mahtuisi hyvin isoon olohuoneeseen.

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit Platz für 4 Gäste - das Highlight ist definitiv der sehr große Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist zeitlos und modern, mit allem was man für den Alltag braucht. Super gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer und in direkter Nähe zur „Einkaufsmeile“

Ein paar kosmetische Mängel an Wänden, Wasserflecken an der Wand (Klimaanlage scheint zu lecken) - das hat unseren Aufenthalt in KEINSTER Weise beeinträchtigt

Aesthetically pleasing. Instructions as to how to get in etc were clear. Location was good for what we wanted. Sofa was comfortable. Had everything you needed really.

.Didn’t realise we needed to ask in advance to have the sofa bed made up. As we are two friends travelling we specifically chose this place as it was listed as having two beds. As it happened, the management did offer to send the maid the next day with bedding for the sofa bed but as we’d managed to share the double we chose not to take them up on it. I found it odd that bed linen wasn’t provided as a matter of course. As it was, we could not close both shutters in the lounge so was not fit to sleep in. Fixed one as the screw had come loose but the other remained resolutely jammed. No curtains in the lounge, just sheers which obviously let the light in. Same in the bedroom. Closed the shutters but no curtains so a lot of external light. The whole apartment is open plan, the only door being the bathroom. The main door to the flats is directly below the bedroom window, therefore the motion sensor security light floods the room whenever anyone comes in / passes. Shower was good, always had hot water. Aircon works well but is not on an external wall so there’s no drainage, you have to empty a mop bucket. WiFi is painfully slow and intermittent which caused issues for me work-wise. I did raise this with the company but never received a reply. I’m assuming it is a single router shared across the apartments. Nothing provided except for two bottles of water, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, hand wash and shower gel (which we already had). No basics: salt, pepper, oil. Washing machine was a god send but there was no airer or line to dry and considering the weather, it seemed ridiculous to use the dryer. I hated the pillows, my friend loved them. My issue was that they are memory foam which needs space to grow and mould / contour but as the pillowcase was so narrow, the pillow remained an immovable block. Location is great. Handy from the ferry and some great bars (Sketch in particular) close by.
