Vittorio is an excellent host. So helpful & friendly! We appreciated his help calling a taxi & his suggestions about restaurants.
There are a lot of stairs, as each floor has very high ceilings. So we planned ahead & arranged to leave our big heavy luggage with our host & only carried up the essentials for our 2 night stay.

Location was ok. Staff was very accomodating and friendly.
I was surprised that my room included a loft bed -- you needed to climb a ladder to get up there. This was not what I was expecting, as there was no mention of this beforehand. Be sure to check first!
