Excellent location and wonderful staff
Took one point off as no proper kitchen installed yet but I’m assured that’s coming. We made do with a kettle and fridge.

The location is great. Very easy to access from the train station and close to everything in the old city. The hosts are very kind people and very helpful. The room is just convenient
The room is quite cold even with good weather but the a/c helps a lot. There is a little bit of humidity but not terrible.

Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio per dormire pochi giorni a Bologna , 2 camere e 2 bagni indipendenti, cosa rarissima, più una comoda sala con tavolo, ideale per amici, famiglia o coppie di amici
Location molto suggestiva nella storica Bologna
Suggerisco un'appoggio in più in bagno, di accendere il riscaldamento in inverno prima che arrivino gli ospiti e di non dipingere di fresco poco prima dell'arrivo.
Inoltre deve essere indicato se non c'è una cucina o se non.è agibile. Per noi non è stato un problema, ci siamo fermate solo una notte, ma nel caso, deve essere un aspetto ben chiaro
