Ok value for money , but could be much cleaner

The bed was comfy which, and it was close to the centre

When we walked in we were hit with a smell I couldn’t describe, when we opened the oven there was old pizza left in . The freezer wouldn’t close as it was full of ice and unusable.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, heaters were on on arrival, good space for 2 persons,

bathroom door can't close, house number were hidden, pots of pains everywhere, blind on the window can't be rolled up, bed mattres is very soft and small, carpet upstairs not clean, TV doesn't have any channel, not sure where we can park outside, in front of a main road so quite noisy

Location and comfortable facilities....home from home feeling.

A few more cups, they have dwindled, presumably broken over time only found 2 with handles and 1 without (prob a sugar bowl but works fine for a cuppa)

It was exactly what I needed for my visit.

It was quiet and clean and easy to find. Although I am originally from Nottingham it was in a part of the city which I didn't know. Interesting to walk down the footpaths to Mapperly Road and the Forest, and when I was leaving on Saturday, carrying a case, the bus into town was very convenient. I packed a lot into my short visit ( the parkrun on the Forest and a school reunion on Forest Road) so the location on Woodborough Road was ideal.

No complaints. Tea and coffee were provided. Some milk in the fridge would have been handy; it took me a while to find a shop nearby. Generally the apartment was a bit bare, but that didn't really matter.

Great value for a couple but a few improvements

Location was good amenities near by and parking not too difficult. Great price for the location would stay again as a 2 but not as a 3 unless the sofa bed was replaced

It was quite dirty the fridge smelt bad there was dust all over the cooker hood and frozen sausages left in the freezer. The shower has mould around the base which could do with a clean. The blind in the bedroom wasn't fitted correctly and kept falling off. The sofa bed wasn't suitable for an adult to comfortably sleep on and there was a lack of comfortable seating in the kitchen living area and no table which results to us having to sit on a cold tiled floor.

Comfy home from home

Comfortable, great location for my purposes. Toilets both upstairs and downstairs. Dog friendly. Helpful host, quick response.... over two visits he has helped with codes for the door and then the WiFi. I mentioned that a blind upstairs would be helpful....now there's a blind! 🙏 Thank you

This time the cooker hadn't been cleaned and upstairs underneath the bed we found a false eyelash and cigarette butt! 😄 The first time here it was clean throughout

Perfect place for a city stay. Recommend if you need the sofa bed it shouldn't be for a 6ft 4 teen!

The property was very central

the TV in the bedroom didn't work. We could have done with a mat by the front door as it was very wet and we were concerned about slipping. the sofa bed was the only comfortable seating around and as it was made up for a bed there was nowhere to sit

Nunca más volveré a compartir piso o departamento con nadie gracias

Nada horrible pasé muy mal aquí me despertaron los gritos de una chica que vivía arriba en la otra habitación que se drogaban y gritaban entraban muchas personas nosotros tuvimos que estar encerrados en la pieza pusimos una silla en la puerta para que nadie entre pero así y todo no pudimos dormir y al otro día nos fuimos a otro departamento fue lo peor estadía en años que tengo con esta aplicación no les recomiendo este lugar y la persona que resección está siempre borracho y me insultó y me gritó cuando le reclame lo que pasaba parecía fuera de contesto pase un mal rato allí horrible

Teleurstellend.

Locatie was niet te vinden. Geen huisnummer op het pand/hek/muurtje buiten. WC had geen WC papier. Alles was stuk, de rolgordijnen in de slaapkamer vielen spontaan naar beneden. Huiskamer / keuken had geen stoelen en / of keukentafel. Toegang tot de locatie was vies / rommelig. Ik raad deze locatie af.
