Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber, und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Einrichtung hat mir sehr zugesagt – schlicht, aber sehr angenehm und einladend.
Am Anreisetag haben wir teilweise Nachrichten anscheinend vom Chatbot erhalten, was zu kleinen Missverständnissen geführt hat. Sobald dies jedoch bemerkt wurde, haben Sie persönlich reagiert und sogar telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Das war sehr positiv und hat uns gefreut.

The three flights of stairs were hard to get the suitcase up.

The apartment's strong points: central location, close to all essential amenities, beautiful and comfortable furnishings.
The apartment's weak points: 1) Access to the building and the apartment is rather difficult due to malfunctioning locks. 2) Of the three bedrooms, only two have air conditioning, and one is not working properly; 3) The shower and sink drains in the bathroom do not drain properly and effectively. 4) The washing machine did not wash clothes properly.
