The apartment is comfortable enough (we were 3 adults). It has everything for a longer stay: comfortable beds, good kitchen, washing machine, nice shower, A/C. Basically, you have all the conveniences, nothing was lacking in the apartment. The location is convenient in relation to public transportation and grocery stores.

It would’ve been nice if the apartment had been cleaner. The greasy fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets and the shower glass don’t leave a good impression. The very diluted hand soap in the bathroom and the dishwasher detergent were also disappointing. The worst part, though, was the building. I had read some previous comments about the common areas being dirty, but I was not prepared for the nauseating smell of rotten garbage coming from the overflowing garbage bins kept inside, next to the lobby. Thankfully, the apartment had a good, well-sealed door, so the smell didn’t get inside the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Excellent location, close to the train station. Well connected by public transport to other parts of the city. Very good communication with the host. Good ratio of price and quality of service.

The entrance to the building and the common area are very unsightly and dirty. Total contrast compared to the apartment. The cleaning service was often there, but they are so dirty that even the daily cleaning of the common areas does not help. This certainly has nothing to do with the host who was very kind and responsive.

The flat was clean and equipped with everything you need. Perfect place for two.

Communication with the host was not the best. I’ve not got any response from the host for weeks until I rang the number indicated on the website and the manager responded. The instructions we were given to enter the flat were false. We’d not be able to enter the building if a neighbour didn’t open the door. The code for the key box was also wrong, and we were told that it was the box for the owner of the flat and not for the guests even though the instructions on booking.com said otherwise. Besides, the area is rough. We heard a lot of shouting every day, the police came to arrest someone; there also was a person under house arrest around. I’d not feel safe being there on my own.
