Difficulty in accessing the property However the gentleman and his wife who manage/own the apartment came round and were incredibly helpful. The difficulty may also have been due to the fact that we are not very good with technology. The only reason that I’ve given it a nine overall was because the Wi-Fi throughout the state didn’t work

Comfortable , spacious 2 BR apartment Good kitchen , washing machine. Quiet despite being close to shops , cafes, sights.

The door code wouldn’t work despite being sent multiple new codes. Advertised as having a dryer but doesn’t. The shower in the bath was a bit difficult to get out of.. need a hand rail

The location of the apartment was well located. Very close to many restaurants and attractions. It was a very spacious interior and comfortable.

The dishwasher wasn’t emptied from the previous guests. No wash cloths for the shower were available. The mini split system did not work. We were not able to turn the television on after many tries. Most of all the constant communication style from the owners made us feel like we were intruding although we were paying to stay at the apartment. Asking the exact time when someone will arrive after completing a six hours drive is a bit excessive with consideration to traffic especially since the unit was advertised as self check in available. Also asking the exact time guests will be checking out is also very rude and inconsiderate since we had until 11am to leave. Again not a way to accommodate guests, especially those that are paying a lot of money for the stay.
