Duplex of 120 m2 fully air-conditioned, in a large bright house, very quiet, in the pedestrian heart of Avignon, close to restaurants and the covered market, 10 minutes walk from the central station. The three beautiful bedrooms offer differentiated sleeping arrangements (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, 1 bed 180)
The large terrace (rooftop) allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors and benefits from beautiful sunshine.
The closed box, which allows you to park 1 vehicle (possibility of 2 cars on request) is located on the first floor of the building.
The accommodation
This duplex (staircase) offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is "en suite" with a large double bed on the 3rd floor, facing the large terrace. On the 2nd floor there is a large bedroom with double bed + single bed, a bedroom with two single beds. These two bedrooms share the same bathroom. The large living room/kitchen, air-conditioned, bathed in light, is also located on this floor.

The 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as the roof terrace, are fully privatized for travelers when renting
