the property is a short walk from Avignon train station and centre of town, in a quiet part of the town, just outside the walls.
the property was excellent - our family seems to be attractive to mosquitos though, so in Avignon in summer, some anti-mosquito items are necessary!

Maison très agréable et bien placée à proximité du centre ville. A savoir que la maison est sur 3 étages et que les deux chambres en haut sont sous pente. Tout était très propre et bien équipé et l'accueil très chaleureux.

Clean, comfortable, good for a large group, had most of the amenities, charming, felt authentic. House manager Jennie was very helpful and kind. When we asked about how to dry our clothes, she went to the store to buy a clothes line for us.
Seemed like it was the first rental of the season - lawn unmowed, front patio not clean (we leaf blowed it ourselves). No drawers/clothes storage space (armores were locked so we had to leave our clothes on the floor.) Broken glass bottle in freezer. Owners were rude and unhelpful. When asked for instructions in english for washing machine, we were told to used ChatGPT.
