If you are travelling to Avignon whighly recommend Le Limas !

It was in a good location mins away from everything. It was clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast included. Our host Rosalie was very hospitable always ready to help with car service, restaurants,… She even prepared us a take away breakfast on departure because we had an early train !

The staircase lighting could be better, very dark at night.

Charming bed and breakfast in the historical center

Lovely small bed-and-breakfast in an historical building, but the room is recently updated. very clean, large and comfortable. Well located in the ancient center, but on a quiet side street. The breakfast was generous. Large windows in our room gave tons of natural light and there was some outstanding art for us to enjoy as well.

Beauty and comfort in Avignon

The location is wonderful. It is quiet, clean and beautifully decorated. You feel like you are staying in an art gallery. Everything is top notch. The breakfast is excellent. Rosalie is an great hostess and provides wonderful suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

What a lovely sanctuary in Avignon!

The location was on a quiet street, yet a quick walk to places. The room was quite lovely with attention to detail. I loved the tree canopy out the window. When I travel, I love a good bath and having a wonderful tub was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast on the rooftop was pleasant. Rosalie was lovely and very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and assisting with transport back to the TGV station. It was quite a nice sanctuary. I only wish I had been able to stay longer than 2 nights as Avignon is also a very thriving city in addition to having major historical sites.

I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Superb

Rosalie was fabulous very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it's location on the sun terrace magnificent. We were able to leave our luggage early afternoon prior to check in.The place was spotless. I could make a cup of tea in our room.

My room on the first floor was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and comfortable. Enjoying breakfast up on the terrace while church bells were chiming was such a relaxing way to start the morning. The host was very flexible and informative and took the time to make my stay the best possible. The location on the quiet street close to everything was very nice!

Lovely small hotel in a charming city

Lovely small hotel in the old town of Avignon. Although our room was small it was modern and clean with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a good shower. Rosalie our host was friendly and helpful. She served an excellent breakfast on the outdoor terrace. We enjoyed our stay.

Prrfect stay in Avignon.

The breakfast was excellent from the roof top terrace with a great view. Excellent location with many very good restaurants in walking distance. Rosalie made dinner reservations when needed and moved our breakfast up a little to accomodate us meeting our driver. Suite was very clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

So convenient for walking into the town, but very quiet. We loved the roof terrace. Rosalie is very kind and looks after her guests beautifully. We enjoyed chatting to other guests at breakfast time. A perfect place from which to explore Avignon.

Central and clean room with great host, perfect to explore Avignon.

Great room to explore Avignon, very central. Rosalie is a great host, very kind and helping. We could unload the car directly in front of the house. We stayed in the small double room which was exactly what it’s called. Even in October we could enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a great view of the palace.

You can’t park directly next to the apartment, but there is a public garage ~300m from the apartment which costs -17€ a day.

Lovely property with local comforts of home and ease for exploring Avignon.

This location was excellent for exploring quaint Avignon and so close to Palais des Papes! The owner prepared a beautiful spread for breakfast every morning and even set it up a little earlier than usual so I had time to eat before my conference started.

Lovely accomodations. Excellent location. Very accomodating host. Will surely recommend to friends.

The owner was extremely helpful. Let us leave our suitcases before check in and after check out. She also arranged a taxi for us to our next destination and advised us regarding local restaurants. The cheeses at breakfast were the best I had eaten in France. And the coffee was also excellent.

The stairs up to the third floor with our heavy luggage (our fault).

A perfect place to stay in Avignon !

A lovely small bed and breakfast in the old city ….very quiet at night …recently renovated and fabulous rooms. The owner recommended restaurants and arranged a cab to take us to the train station. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace …fruit cheeses breads crepes jams coffee juice croissants …all delicious. A group of us stayed for 2 nights before our bike trip. We all highly recommend Le Limas

The hotel is located in the old part of town very close to the palais du papes The host is super friendly but still.keeps her professional distance Listen to her if she recommends restaurants The room has a toilet, despite what is written in booking.com The breakfast on the little rooftop terrasse is splendid

Superb

Very good location, a few minutes from the Pope Palace; however it is significant suitcase dragging from the parking garage, and on not easy terrain. I am extremely sensitive about noises, and I have heard nothing!! It is in a very quiet street! Fertilizer even in the room! (and everywhere else) Great room, comfortable and modern, with cozy and stylish furnishing. Great and comfortable bed. More mirrors, including large ones. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Fridge. Extra room. Host asked about what we want to see, she recommended some destinations, attractions.

Not easy to find. Cannot be darkened enough. We were lucky as there were no other guests when we had breakfast, but I screamed about the one large table for all the guests in the covid era. No meat at the breakfast.
