333 - Parking - Clim - Terrasse

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Es war super sauber. Der Balkon war abends einfach nur schön. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar glutenfreie Restaurants empfehlen können. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz war toll, mit einem großen Auto muss man fahren können.

The bed is is very comfy The patio  is very nice overlooks a green courtyard.  Note on weekdays at ten AM a  school opens across this small area. The elevator/ AC are nice features. If you arrive from front door there are several stairs up from street. (Via garage  elevator, no steps.)  The apartment is well fitted out.  Good size fridge w bottom freezer. Expresso pod machine/kettle/ oven/ Micro  is set very high over fridge. Dangerous be careful when using. Washer is nice, bring your detergent . Drying rack in closet As a former interior designer & home builder I appreciate decorating only IF  function is considered. 

Point of reference for this review This is the 90th apartment booking I've made in 2026. I'm an experienced traveler & this S France journey is 31 days! My last many many reviews were all positive (over looking small flaws as typical) 11 pages of instructions not delivered until day of check in to gain access. You must download an APP to access the fob & 2 keys needed. You will need to find & pay for street parking before gaining access to needs. The nearby street is 1 way going the wrong way , a journey is needed to arrive back at the garage. This will likely take an hour, probably more, to find yourself inside the apartment. After you use the Key pad and APP to open the front gate barrier you go inside and find the owners mailbox on bottom . Located at floor level, be prepared to squat & use your flashlight to turn the inside key box dial. The apartment manager responds to your concerns with info you already have. AI would be more helpful If you have a small SUV Jeep Avenger parking is VERY Tight. The owner next to you has a pretty big vehicle. The bath sink is mounted over the washer with a high edge bowl if you are under 5'5" this will be an issue. I needed to use the entry hall mirror as the bathroom mirror is almost a meter from the countertop front edge (give this some thought) I didn't think the comment about scratchy towels was important. These 2 towels are very thin & VERYVERY scratchy & smelled like mildew on arrival. I didnt arrive to start washing towels & waiting for rack drying. There is NO plug on door side of bed (& no light) The other side has tiny light which you will unplug to charge. The only "room light" in the bedroom is the artsy star. Cute not functional.

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen vor allem die Lage in der alten Stadtmauer von Avignon. Der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenpatz ist nicht zu toppen, kostet doch der Tiefgaragenpalatz in der Pastgarage schon 60 Euro.

Konumu iyi, evin içi temiz ve yenilenmiş .

Eve erişim zor, karanlık bir posta kutusunun içerisinde gözükmeyen kilit açmak çok zor. Ayrıca ev sahibi hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı, her konuda booking den destek alacaksak kendi cep telefon numarasını neden siteye koydu .
