If you are going to use an app for access to the unit please consider notifying your customers in advance to ensure that they have adequate wifi access to download the app. Please consider rewriting the instructions for entry to make them simpler and clearer. Finally, we were not clear whether we were successful in using the app because we later determined that the outer door to the building is not locking correctly.
