We are pleased to present this charming, spacious and bright townhouse with a pleasant exterior and ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Avignon.
Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this house combines modern comfort and character and extends over three levels perfectly arranged to accommodate families, friends or travelers in search of tranquility.
On the first floor, you will discover a beautiful living room bathed in light, with a cozy living room equipped with a video projector for your movie nights.
The space opens onto an outdoor courtyard conducive to relaxation.
The open kitchen, both functional and friendly, is perfectly equipped to meet all your needs: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine... everything is planned to make you feel at home.
The first floor has a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a heated towel rail. 1 separate toilet
On the second floor, two other bedrooms with double beds offer a comfortable and welcoming space. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
Finally, the attic third floor has two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed and storage space, ideal for children or young adults.
