☀Our design villa is located in Villeneuve-Lès-Avignon, which will offer you a privileged living environment, in the heart of an exceptional historical and cultural heritage.
You will be only 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot from the historic center of Villeneuve-Lès-Avignon and the ramparts of Avignon, in a quiet and wooded area that gives the impression of being in the middle of nature, you will enjoy a multitude of local shops.

✤The spacious and bright 140m² house is waiting for you. On two floors and surrounded by a terrace and a garden, where the vegetation brings shade and freshness in the heart of summer.

It is tastefully decorated and is arranged to guarantee the greatest comfort, it is composed as follows:
