About this house rental
Welcome to the beautiful suburb of Avignon a few minutes from the ramparts and yet in the quiet of a large personal terrace rocked by the song of the cicadas.
Free and private parking within the grounds of our garden for 3 cars.
You will pass by the family portal and by a garden in front of our house before finding 3 separate accesses for the 3 parts of the building.
1 - The main part (6 sleeps):
Access through a porch composed of 3 steps. Huge living room dining room open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, plate induction) of about 85m2 serving a room of 14m2 (bed 140X190) and a bathroom with toilet. The floor is in travertine and the decoration is contemporary, the furniture and decorative objects are of very high quality. A staircase serves on the floor two rooms (double beds) and a room of water with toilets.
The living room overlooks a large terrace about 25m2 with garden furniture and on the south garden with views of the olive and almond trees.
2 - The 2 rooms (4 to 6 beds):
Access to the apartment is via a staircase. You will have on your private terrace a furniture of garden for the beautiful evenings of summer and an electric barbecue. You will enter by a door window in a living room / dining room and kitchen (microwave oven and traditional, vitroceramic plate, fridge, lava crockery and lava linen ...). You will find a sofa followed by an alcove with bunk beds and a room with a double bed (160x200). The room of water, separated by a door is composed of a shower, a piece of furniture vanity and a toilet hanging.
3 - The studio
Access to the studio is via 3 steps. You will find a room with a window and a window composed of a kitchen corner (microwave oven and grill, ceramic hob, fridge ...), a corner office / meal with two chairs and a bed (140x190 ). The room of water, separated by a door is composed of a shower, a piece of furniture vanity and a toilet hanging. Our accommodation is not very big but decorated and furnished with care.
At your arrival your beds are prepared with a quality linen satin. We also provide you with 100% cotton towels.
In the garden a jacuzzi with some deckchairs welcomes you without supplement when the weather allows it during the nice season. Its temperature varies between 24 and 30 degrees. You will also find a nice pool of 2,5X10 meters.
