Perfectly located, huge apartment "with soul"

This apartment has a dreamy location, just opposite the Pope's Palace, and maybe you would expect noisy stay, but the windows are so sound proof, that you can feel as you are far from busy streets and get a well deserved rest. This location gives you the perfect position for exploring Avignon but also this whole part of France. Apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so you can feel like at home. Three bedrooms with separate bathroom for each, gives you privacy and comfort, enough for six people. Beds are great, everything is very clean. Although it is an old building, a lot of effort has been put in the renovation, so you have stylishly decorated apartment that exudes a sense of bygone times. So many beautiful details, decorative and practical, gives you sense of cosiness. Madame Christèle, our hostess, was absolutely amazing! Helpful, patient and kind. She solved all of our issues and helped us get additional discounted parking spot in the garage, as we arrived with two cars. Garage entrance is just besides entrance door of the apartment, so it not far for carrying baggage. We would always return to this unique apartment!

Spacious. Clean. Brilliant location. Quiet at night. Airconditioning. Close to many wonderful places to eat, drink and shop. 3 bathrooms and a total of 3 toilets - unusual in France. Bathrooms had 2 showers and one bath with shower hose off taps. A bonus to have so many bathroom facilities with 3 couples.

I guess a third proper shower, but that didn't in any way detract from our stay.

Perfect accommodation!

The apartment exceeded our expectations and was in a fantastic location in central Avignon opposite the famous Palais des Papes. Everything in the apartment was high quality and very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The kitchen area was very well equipped and having the use of outside space was a great bonus. Perfect accommodation for our 4 night stay.

Excellent location and parking. Clean modern apartment with 3 good bedrooms and 3 clean modern bathrooms(2 en suite). Easy walk to anywhere within the old city. Also easy in/out parking for day trips in the region.

We were a family of four adults and had a wonderful stay at the apartment it was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Location was perfect and we definitely appreciated the parking. Communication with the host was really good. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A first class apartment in an outstanding location. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is stunning, it has the Palais des Papes opposite and restaurants on the doorstep but it is also quiet, a haven. The apartment itself is spacious and full of character, beautifully laid out and furnished. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Avignon is a brilliant place to explore with museums and galleries and a superb indoor market for fresh food.

One of our best apartment-living experiences

Just great apartment, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially want to note the presence of a bathroom and air conditioning in each room (this is rare for France). It was unbearably hot in Avignon, so returning to a cool apartment after 40 degrees outside was an indescribable bliss. Communication with the owner is excellent. The apartment is superbly decorated. It is spotless clean. The kitchen has a great variety of utensils. The location is simply gorgeous - in the central square of the city. At the same time, you do not hear noise thanks to the soundproofing windows. Thanks a lot ! You made our stay in Avignon incredibly comfortable.

The location is superb. It would be hard to better the Place du Palais des Papes, with the Palais and Cathedral directly opposite. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location - excellent accommodations!

This property was exceptional! The location was perfect and so were the accommodations. The hostess, Christèle was there to greet us at the exact time we told her we would be arriving at the apartment. If we had any questions or needed anything, I felt very comfortable contacting her. She always responded quickly and happily. The apartment is very comfortable and fully air conditioned. It is also centrally located. The pictures on the Booking site are good but the place is actually nicer. Waking up to the palace views is an experience our family will never forget.
