Maison 3 Chambres - Terrasse - Climatisation 10 minutes à pied du Pont d'Avignon

The location of the appartment was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town, private, close to resturants, shops etc. The appartment had everything we needed and was confortable.

Before coming to Avignon, we stayed at an apartment-style hotel in Paris where the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, so we had to wipe it ourselves first. In contrast, this house was spotless from corner to corner, and we were able to spend our time here very comfortably. As Japanese guests, we usually take off our shoes and walk barefoot or in socks indoors, so having clean floors made us especially happy. We also really appreciated the spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. In Japan, soaking in the bath is a daily habit, and since we walked about 15,000 steps a day during our trip in France, it was wonderful to relax and recover both body and mind in a warm bath each evening. Another thing we loved was the market just a three-minute walk away, where we could buy fresh vegetables, fruits, and croissants. Thanks to that, we could easily enjoy breakfast or dinner at home as well as dining out. It made our stay in Avignon even more delightful.

The only thing that could be improved was the lighting in the living and dining area. Because sunlight doesn’t reach that part of the house very well — and one of the ceiling bulbs was out — the room felt a bit too dim. A little brighter lighting that makes the food on the table look more appetizing would make the space even more comfortable. Another point is about the home appliances. It took us some time to figure out how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, since the interfaces of French appliances are not very intuitive for foreigners. There was a user guide in the file on the table, but it was still quite difficult to understand. It would be extremely helpful if simple English step-by-step instructions could be placed near each appliance. We were also a bit worried about using them incorrectly and possibly causing damage or accidents, so having clearer guidance would make future guests feel much more at ease.

Maison spacieuse pour nous 4, super bien placé

Appartement sur 4 etage avec 3 belles chambres. Cuisine top bien équipée. Bien situé pour visiter Avignon à pied et aller au restaurant.

On n'avait pas bien lu on croyait qu'il y avait un parking (car point fort: parking), mais à bien y reflechir ce n'est pas possible dans ce type de maison. Il faut donc payer le parking a 3 minutes à pied (on a pris un pack pour 7 jours à 50€ meme si on est resté 4 nuits). Le canapé pourrait etre plus confortable et la TL plus grande.
