The perfect place to stay in Avignon

A wonderful apartment in an excellent, central part of Avignon. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, lovely, inviting lounge room and comfortable beds. The decor was tasteful and had all the amenities one would need. A cot and high chair were very appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer, it felt like home away from home.

It could get quite noisy at night time however the windows were double glazed which made the apartment nice and quiet.

A place beyond expectations right in the heart of the city

The apartment is exceptionally large, it is clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. Stunning location: located in the heart of the historic part of the city, there are plenty of attractions and places to eat around. A very good hostess who is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. A large area with a comfortable table and a large TV. Two full-fledged separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full set of different pillows. It seems that the apartment was made for living, and not for renting out.

You need to leave the apartment at 10 a.m., which could be a little early. Since the apartment is in the historical center of the city, it is impossible to drive up to it by car. The nearest parking lots are paid, and you must walk from them for about 5 minutes, which can be very inconvenient when you have a lot of luggage. We were traveling in winter and were unpleasantly surprised that the radiators were turned off in the apartment. It was very cold. As a result, when the radiators were turned on, the apartment was more or less warmed up only by the morning, when we had to leave.

If you want to have a good sleep, don’t rent this place

It was central to every thing

Extremely noisy at night time bedrooms face street and people screaming and drunk and we couldn’t sleep until 3am Another drawback was no aircon and the two fans in bedrooms don’t do much to cool the rooms down very uncomfortable. We raised these issues with the host and asked him for a discount and he said he needed to meet with us to make sure we are “not ripping him off” but yet he didn’t turn up by the time we left and never received a proper response

Appartement vétuste et non entretenu .Volets cassés, pas de rideaux, très mauvaise isolation thermique et phonique. Flexible douche défectueux, poubelle de sdb non changée.A ce prix là on pourrait espérer qq chose de correct ! Une honte

Bien mais sans chaleur

Impossibilité de déposer nos bagages à notre arrivée à 14h. Un message formel sans chaleur de la conciergerie indiquant la bagagerie municipale, sans proposition d’arrangement. 15 ans d’Avignon dans autant de logements différents et c’est la 1e fois qu’on ne nous permet pas de laisser nos bagages. Incorrect. Autre chose : le flexible de la douche était percé. Anormal pour un appartement de ce standing

Cosy et bien placé !

Appartement très cosy et très bien équipé, joliment décoré, literie super confortable. Beaucoup d'échanges en amont de notre arrivée avec toutes les infos nécessaires. De plus il y avait des radiateurs d'appoints à disposition. À notre demande nous avons pu y rentrer plus tôt. Très très bien placé ! C'est certain je réserverai à nouveau !

Il n'y a pas de rideaux dans l'une des chambres et les volets ferment mal. C'est problématique car il y a les enseignes lumineuses et la chambre n'est pas assez sombre pour dormir. L'écoulement de la baignoire est bouché, écoulement difficile. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement au niveau des joins etc.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Dass die Wohnung zwei Schlafzimmer hat, war für uns wichtig. Die schöne Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig.

Der Duschvorhang war zu lang.
