🌿Bright 120m² house with garden, air conditioning, parking and close to the center and the tram🌿
I do not rent exclusively on Vrbo so please send me a message before booking to confirm availability. I will respond very quickly.
Enjoy a pleasant stay in this bright house of 120 m² with garden with trees, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Located in a quiet area, it offers both tranquility and proximity to the city center.
The house is equipped with two air conditioning systems for pleasant comfort in summer: one located on the upstairs landing to cool the bedrooms when the doors remain open and a second on the first floor in the living room to keep the living spaces pleasantly temperate. The house has several modular spaces as well as two bathrooms and two toilets to comfortably accommodate several people.

*On the first floor:
* A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden.
* A living room with a new sofa bed with a real comfortable mattress.
* Shower room, toilet and washing machine. Created in June 2026, the bathroom is fully functional but the aesthetic finishes are not yet finished (some walls remain to be plastered).
*Upstairs:PGJyPg
* A bedroom with two single beds opening onto a balcony with a view of the garden (the beds can be separated or pushed together according to your needs).
* A second bedroom with two single beds, also modular.
* A living room / kitchenette area, where an extra single bed can be placed to create an additional independent bedroom if required.
* Shower room and washing machine
* Separate toilet.
🌳 Outdoor
You can enjoy a pleasant garden with trees or awning shade, ideal for relaxing, reading or having an alfresco meal (gas plancha).

🚋 Tram stop 1 minute walk → downtown or train station centre in 5 minutes
🚶 Historic centre and ramparts 15 minutes walk (Porte St Michel)
You can enjoy the proximity of the centre without the constraints of parking in the city.
