Excellente situation au centre de la ville et malgré tout très calme. L'entrée dans l'immeuble et les escaliers sont en piteux état mais l'appartement et très bien rénové et correspond bien aux photos publiées.
L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un corridor et un escalier que est délabré. Il y a grande urgent de le nettoyer et de le rénover ! Probablement un problème de copropriété.

Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми предметами для удобства. Кондиционер есть в каждой комнате. Очень внимательные хозяева.
Подъезд в котором находится квартира выглядит разрушено. Также в подъезде отсутствует освещение.

Gut gelegen, zentral
Der eingangsbereich, Treppenhaus, war unzumutbar. Wären am liebsten wieder abgereist. Die Sauberkeit lies such zu wünschen übrig. Hatte noch was undevinierbares im Gefrierfach. Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und Schublade beim ersten aufmachen war auch nicht sauber. Schade, denn sonst schöne kl. Wohnung
