ABU Nubian Guest House

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Abu Nubian Guest House. Honestly, I have rarely met a host as kind, generous and genuinely dedicated to his guests. From Luxor to Aswan and Abu Simbel, he helped us organise everything and made our trip so much easier. We barely had anything to worry about. He gave us honest advice on prices and recommended people who were genuinely kind, trustworthy and reliable. He even helped us with shopping to make sure we weren’t overcharged, which we really appreciated. We always felt that he genuinely wanted us to have a great experience rather than simply trying to sell us things or services. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the welcome was incredibly warm. He also took us across the Nile on his small boat and showed us around Elephantine Island, which was such a lovely and personal experience. My father also had excellent massages during our stay. We travelled as a family and all three of us absolutely loved our stay. What really stood out was that Abu did much more than simply provide accommodation: he welcomed us warmly, looked after us, helped us navigate Aswan and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our trip. I would wholeheartedly recommend Abu Nubian Guest House to anyone visiting Aswan, especially if you want a warm, authentic experience and a host you can genuinely trust. We would happily stay here again.

I had such a lovely stay with Abu in Aswan. From the very beginning, he made everything feel easy and smooth, and his home was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a little home away from home. Abu is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person, and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He even showed me around Aswan, which made my stay feel much more special and personal. I’m very grateful for his hospitality and for all the little things he did to make my time in Aswan so enjoyable.
