Perfect stay in modern apartment in a lovely neighbourhood.

The hosts were very responsive, kind and generous. They went above and beyond to help with information and with any requests we had. The rooms were really comfortable, the bathroom was so great! Loved the natural light that came into the apartment. Check in was very easy with the instructions. Perfect lock up and go.

Maybe a tea and coffee station would be a nice touch - but we did request a kettle and the hosts bought one over immediately. Everything was great otherwise.

Marvelous room in the perfect location with very friendly housekeeper. Everything u need u will find just in few steps: supermarket, bar, park, bus stop. It’s 5 minutes walk to the sea.

Grazioso appartamento a Viareggio

Appartamentino molto spazioso e ben arredato. C’è un sistema sicuro nelle porte (check-in facilissimo), aria condizionata/ riscaldamento ben funzionante e la posizione è ottima. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno permesso di fare un late check-out! Ci sono molti parcheggio nelle vicinanze

Purtroppo si sentivano molto i passi delle persone al piano superiore. Tutta la sera fino a tarda notte e anche la mattina prestissimo… abbiamo provato a “farci sentire” ma non è cambiato nulla. Ci ha un po’ rovinato il sonno.

Für uns war das top💪

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, frisch renoviert und sehr sauber – man merkt, dass auf Sauberkeit viel Wert gelegt wird. Alles ist modern ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, modernes Bad). Besonders praktisch: Zugang per Handy-Code, kein Schlüssel nötig. Lage ist top: gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein Geschäft mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplätze waren Ende September immer ausreichend da, 24h-Ticket kostet 7 €, abends bis morgens kostenlos. Die ersten zwei Tage waren perfekt. Danach war es leider durch ein lauteres Ehepaar in der Wohnung über uns etwas hellhörig – das hat aber nichts mit der Wohnung selbst zu tun. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ohne Minuspunkte. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Keine Spülmaschine ist aber nicht notwendig😎

Super Aufenthalt in Viareggio!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ca. 10min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parkplätze findet man direkt vor der Wohnung und kosten 3.- pro Tag, wenn man den Vermieter vorab kontaktiert. Eine Bar fürs Frühstück und ein Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Park vor der Wohnung lädt zum Spazieren und Laufen ein. Trotzdem ist es eine ruhige und angenehme Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und besonders gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Ansprechpartner war super gut und schnell! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben durch den Kontakt problemlos einen Parkplatz und vergünstigtes Ticket bekommen.

Fijn appartement, leuk ingericht en goede voorzieningen

De ligging van het appartement, om makkelijk bij het strand te komen kun je heel gemakkelijk een fiets huren in het naastliggende park. Het is schoon en aangenaam ingericht.

Naast het appartement is een doorgang naar achterliggende woning waardoor je in je slaapkamer de gordijnen eigenlijk dicht moet houden en het daardoor wat donker is.
