The breakfast is terrible! The scrambled eggs were really bad,almost no options and the few options weren’t replaced..i think was the worse breakfast that i ever saw in a hotel

Pretty good option to stay in Zaandam

The receptionists were extremely friendly, and provided a great customer service. The room was pretty ok, and the location was great.

For some reason, the mattress was not very comfy.

Cosy short trip

It was my first time as a solo traveller in Amsterdam. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel . Very cosy . People were extremely polite and welcoming. They really tried accommodating everyone and were really courteous. I met some colleagues at reception , Juan, Anwar ,Ahmed , Esam. All were super nice.

Had a pleasent stay at wonderful clean and friendly hotel!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, hair dryer is already in the rooms and there is free and tasty tea and coffee. Location is quiet but still close to shopping stores and in the city centre. Will definitely recommend and come back.

The location is perfect, with a good private parking. They fulfill all my special request I asked for. The staff is: EXCELENT. All the staff members we met are very kind, helpful. All people should behave like them who work in service industrie. Thank them everything!!!😊

Close to Amsterdam - Zaandam is a great area to discover!

Ahmed was the front desk assistant who was extremely helpful in getting us checked in. The guest area near the entrance is a great space and the hotel offers free coffee.

Amsterdam is close but the hotel is in the village of Zandaam. The area is less congested and easy to navigate but you are not in the city.

Perfect

Everything. First I want to say thanks to the receptionist Ahmed who welcomed us very well and he was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Which I love the most is that they offer unlimited hot drinks down. Next time when we visit Amsterdam we definitely come again here

Cosy stay at a very clean and quaint hotel

We stayed here whilst visiting a friend who lives in Zaandam. The hotel was very clean and modern and we found that the room was very cosy and had everything we needed, the only complaint is our pillows were really hard. There was some good transport links to and from Zaandam and plenty to do around the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend staying here if you aren’t a planning on staying city centre Amsterdam.

Wonderfull stay at an affordable price

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! They explained how to get to Amsterdam Center at the cheapest price (take a train that goes every 5-10 minutes). The hotel itself is freshly refurbished which make additional pleasure to stay there. Coffee and tasty hot chocolate is offered for free at the lobby. This hotel is outside of Amsterdam which I did not expect originally. Good news! It takes just 15 minutes to the Amsterdam Centraal station, upload the 9292 app and buy a train ticket for ~3 euro. So the location was perfect.

Loved the hotel

In the center of Zandaam. The staff is very attentive. Thank you for the coffee after check-in. You can use the refrigerator in the common area. There is kettle and tea & coffee in the room. Very clean.

The bed is accessed from the foot end. The pillows are very hard. WiFi is not very well.

Beds are really comfortable, staff is welcoming and really helpful, rooms are really nice, they helped us with our rooms because we had an extra friend that was staying for just one night with us
