The views were wonderful
The door lock was broken and the decor tired. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and had crumbs left from the previous guests. Batteries needed to be replaced in the tv handset so gave up trying to watch tv.

Location was fine for an over night stay Lovely view
Wouldn’t say I did not like anything it’s a caravan and comfortable enough but was very surprised that no basic refreshments was provided IE milk/tea/coffee It makes all the difference to feeling welcome when you stay anywhere and doesn’t cost the earth A little thought goes a long way !

No breakfast included and it was just a bed for the night but the amenities were there if we had needed them. I loved the little folder with details of the farming they do and facts about Buxton, although some items in it (events etc) did need updating.
Door was hard to close and there were a few flies but it was warm and we were on a farm so to be expected.

The facility was quite clean
I’ll list my dislikes regarding this property! 1. We struggled to lock the door the night we moved into the facility but finally succeeded. 2. We had to pay extra for the waiting time the taxi driver spent trying to help us get out from the property in the morning following the day we moved in, we couldn’t unlock the door and had to give the taxi driver the door key through the window to assist us, unfortunately, she was unable to assist and the kind driver had to go and knock on one of the neighbour’s door to assist, eventually the kind neighbour succeeded in unlocking the door after some minutes of trying. It was such an embarrassing situation. 3. We had to describe the location of the facility to most of the taxi drivers including the delivery guy who kept on looking for the location of the facility for more than 30mins with the food we ordered and our food nearly got cold by the time it eventually got to us. Thanks to the kind neighbour who saw us standing in the middle of the compound almost close to midnight the day we arrived trying to explain the location to the delivery guy who has the food we ordered but can’t locate us due to the fact that this facility does not have a genuine address, the post code the staff shared with us gives a different address entirely and that really messed us up as if we are kids that do not know where they are. 4. At some point the light in the whole facility tripped off when I was ironing my dress, although the staff informed us what to do and the light came back. 5. The worst experience we had in this facilities was the outbreak of house flies in our room. We just came back from my graduation ceremony feeling exhausted and just needed to shower and get some rest. Boom! Flies had stormed our room, I felt so much goose bumps and we had to spend more than half an hour driving flies out of the room through the windows using the towels. At this point I already had enough and couldn’t put up with this situation.
