Reasonable property - would benefit from more attention to detail
Basics are fine - kitchen works well, reasonably freshly painted, bed mattresses and bed linen of reasonable quality, shower is powerful and plenty of hot water
Conversion is low-budget - edges not sealed, loose boards etc. Back terrace slippery with moss as not been cleaned in years, garden furniture very worn and green with moss. Kitchen equipment is aged and needs a refresh. Beds are huge and fill the rooms - no room to even walk around the beds in some rooms, nowhere to hang items etc. bedside lamps in one room with no light bulbs - ie no attention to detail. Blinds are new-ish but cheaper and let in quite a lot of light

Was looking for 5 people for a walking weekend - ideal as 4 bedrooms and parking.
Very modern with huge kitchen and everything we needed for the weekend. Lovely welcome pack on arrival- thanks! 15 minute stroll to town. Drive for parking and on street with no restrictions if necessary.

Excellent place for a family stay in the peaks
Excellent location, with really comfortable beds, great for a family stay. The decor was lovely and had great indoor and outdoor space. The hosts were excellent and provided us a really nice welcome gift. They even checked our dietary requirements beforehand.
A minor thing but it would be great to have more cleaning materials i.e. dustpan, wash cloths etc. The house itself was spotless but they would have been useful to have them to help keep it that way.
