Crown and Shamrock Inn

Location was great, parking at the rear of the property. Collected the keys in the bar attached to the property, we were shown around the property and the host couldn't have been more helpful. The property itself is very comfortable - a comfortable sofa and very comfortable bed - overall decorated very well and had absolutely everything we needed! We will absolutely be back to stay again! We didn't have the opportunity to pop into the bar for a drink and some food but definitely will next time! We could hear the music and it sounded great!

A couple of minor issues that really didn't affect our stay, the wifi password on the noticeboard didn't work downstairs… but a different network name upstairs worked with the same password. There have been other review comments about noise - yes there is some noise from the attached bar, but this didn't bother us in the slightest and when upstairs, you could barely hear the people outside - I'd easily say the noise of traffic on the road was louder!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The accommodation was spotless and really comfortable. The bar next door was fantastic for enjoying a couple of drinks before we headed off for a wedding in a nearby hotel. Would certainly book again.

It had a washing machine.It was self contained.Excellent location.Pub next door.Lockyp parking.Spacious.Tv in Lounge and bedroom.Nicely renovated

The bed was aweful. Saggy mattress.No hot water at the taps.Just the power shower which is fine.Used the kettle to do the dishes.Frying pan was burn to a crisp.No can opener.Kitchen was clean but had a sticky feel over the bench microwave etc
