Love the quiet location with quick and easy access to public transport and good local amenities. Always appreciate the fresh milk that is provided. The bed is comfy and we always sleep the best sleep when we stay at Beechwood. Great communication from Lorraine and Colm prior to arrival. Its not our first stay and it wont be out last! Ohh forgot to mention the amazing power shower!!

Everything was great. Lorraine and Colm are great host. Nice little suite in the back garden. Would recommend.

We stayed while looking after a relative nearby. It was comfortable and quiet despite the proximity to the road. Everything we needed was available. Well thought out.
Not unique to this property but the ability to control the heating/ temperature oneself is not possible. Absolutely able to interact with owner to sort timer but either too cold or too warm.
