Perfect location next to the best restaurants and cafes, perfect air conditioning and comfortable bedding.

Everything was perfect, it was difficult to dry towels and wet items but thats because we booked the room without a balcony.

Great location and lovely apartment!

Lovely apartment very close to the historical center of split. Equipped with everything we needed, and very clean! Near restaurants and shops. Our host was lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Can’t fault it! The coffee wasn’t the nicest but we appreciate that some pods were left for us and this is personal taste. Thank you!

Beautiful dream room in Split!

The room was a stunning space, very modern and with all the facilities you could need. It was so central, about a 5 minute walk to everything we wanted to do in the heart of split but tucked away enough to feel private and quiet. It was like a little croatia fairytale!

Our location was perfect. The apartment was very modern, with excellent finish on the workmanship. We felt safe with codes to get into the building and the unit.

With our flight arriving late, I wrote to both Booking.com and the host after the confirmation (4 months before our departure and again the week before arrival) twice each plus a phone call to the host number provided -which was not received, regarding specifics associated with the late arrival. It was very stressful with no replies from Booking.com or host. The day before we flew to Croatia we finally received information from the host. The “Luxury Room” was very small and not at all like depicted on Booking.Com.

Amazing 🤩

Great room- good location as it’s close to the centre. Lots of restaurants near by. It had everything you needed for a short stay. Host was great and helpful. They were kind enough to let us keep our bag with them for a few extra hours as we had a late flight home.

Extremely according to the expectations

The location was amazing, very easy to get everywhere from the house. The host, Ana Dora, is amazing as well, very available, replies very fast and is very thoughtful about giving tips and helping with doubts we had previous to our journey.

We booked this apartment specifically because of the light it appears to have in the pictures and the little balcony, however we got a room without any light with a little window. It was fine for the use we gave it while in Split.

Location and cleanliness.

Little things that could be done to make it better: cups and glasses were left, but no teaspoon or t towel to dry. No shower gel although it stated toiletries.

Great stay, looks just like in the pictures

Great location, on a small street next to a piazetta with multiple terraces. We had room no 2, with a terrace and it is definitely worth to have your own terrace. It had a very nice view, we enjoyed our morning coffee there and a final glass of wine before bed. The room looks just like in the picture. The room itself was sufficient size wise for us for 4 days, having only hand luggage - on european standards it is a normal size room :) but id you have big suitcases the space might be an issue. Everything is modern, clean, well kept si definitely recommend. Also Ana Dora, the lady in charge, helped us a lot and was great- getting to the place, food/beach recommendations, parking suggestions.

I laughed when I read this on a precious comment but then I realized it was not that absurd - a hanger for the towels would be great :)

Tesisin konumu eski şehirde bu hem iyi hem kötü.Çünkü heryere yakınsınız ancak evinizin önüne kadar maalesef araç giremiyor. 2 numaralı odada kaldık balkonu vardı.Gördüğüm kadarıyla balkonlu tek oda idi.Önceki yorumlarda belirtilen bozuk kahve makinesi ben konaklarken yenisi ile değiştirildi.

Odaya girdiğimizde buzdolabında eski misafirden kalmak yiyecekler ve banyoda bir deodorant vardı.Bu odanın detaylı tenizlenmediği hissine kapılmamıza neden oldu.4 gece konaklama için bolca havlu bırakılmıştı.Şampuan toplam 2 tane idi daha fazla bırakılması iyi olurdu.Konaklamamız boyunca temizlik yapılmadı ve çöp alınmadı.Balkona ıslak çamaşır sermek için küçük bir alan organize edilmesi hoş olur.

Fabuleux

Une situation géographique incroyable, à 3mn à pied du port, en plein centre ville des supermarchés à proximité, des restaurants variés, tous les monuments à proximité et bus 37 ( pour l’aéroport) à 20mn à pied. Confort de la literie et bonne insonorisation le soir ! Ana Dora et Maria étaient adorables et à notre écoute Merci ! Je recommande fortement cette établissement à 2 !

Le check-out est peut être un peu tôt (10h du matin) mais Ana dora nous a arrangé on a pu laissé nos valises le temps du dernière balade avant de partir. RAS sinon !

Gute Option für kurze Aufenthalte

Da wir die Lage kannten, hatten wir uns extra für diese entschieden, da wir von hier alles fußläufig erreichen können. In den Hinterhöfen bekommt man von anderen Touristen meist wenig bis gar nichts mit. Der Kontakt war super einfach per WhatsApp und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und von der Größe für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend.

Die Apartments sind nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Treppe im Haus hätte nicht schmaler sein können. Für Personen mit Einschränkungen absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die Tür zu Apartment 3 befindet sich unmittelbar gegenüber von Apartment 2 und man bekommt von den anderen Gästen alles mit. In Apartment 1 ist das Fenster sehr klein und Lüften ist dadurch schwierig. Wenn alle nacheinander Duschen gab es schnell kein warmes mehr.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und ruhig gelegen. Der Check-In funktioniert super einfach und die Kommunikation mit Ana lief total reibungslos. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen:)

Moderne avec le charme de l’ancien idéalement situé !

La localisation est parfaite : quartier très calme, mignon et proche du centre ville. La chambre est très propre et moderne avec le charme de l’ancien. De plus, la gérante est très sympathique!

Le seul petit point négatif serait le manque de luminosité dans notre chambre.

der "tresor" ist prinzipiell ne gute idee...man sollte ihn allerdings fest montieren...und eine bedienungsanleitung für die kapselmaschine schont unser aller nerven...
