Casa Clivia

Elisa was so helpful and patient when our public transport delayed our arrival. She explained everything really well and was just at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The house was well prepared for guests and the only thing that would have been amazing was air con! Elisa even organised a taxi for us to get us from the train station so we could enjoy the accommodation for longer. Her kindness went a long way and we left with such a positive memory and it was the best way to spend my birthday. The views did not disappoint!

Het uitzicht was super, fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Rustige plek.

Er was geen airco en het doucheputje was verstopt.

Endroit très agreable au calme avec une vue sur le lac ou nous avons profiter du coucher de soleil. Elisa nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a été au petits soins avec nous.

Tout etait parfait.

1 The weather was extremely cold and the person who welcomed us told us it was impossible to heat the house since by Italian law central heating is supposed to be off since 15 April. After protesting, the next night the heat was on. 2.The gate was impossible to open several times and without the help of the neighbours we would have been blocked. Our host told us a remote was unavailable.
