Nice and comfortable apartment in York. Check in was easy after we found the key in the brick wall opposite the building. Place was clean and comfy! There is no clothes washer in the unit, I didn't pay attention to the description so that's my fault. However, having a washer would make this place awesome!

This is a lovely, clean, spacious, and modern apartment. The proximity to the train station was helpful and the security on the grounds was an added safety feature.

Very tasteful decor, wonderful beds, quiet & peaceful location. Our only criticism is the lack of instruction manuals for kitchen appliances, especially the induction cooktop & oven. Ideally (wish list!), an on-site person to answer questions, a place to store luggage if one has time to spare before catching a train, a bath mat for safety in the slippery bathtub, would make it perfect! The apartment is conveniently located to the train station and York centre. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and contained everything we needed for a week stay. We had some questions during our stay and were very pleased with the immediate support we got from the friendly staff. The only downside to our stay was the heating in the room was perhaps not powerful enough to have us feeling as warm as we would have liked during the middle of winter weather. Otherwise, a really great stay!
