A very spacious, well presented two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is fantastically positioned close to both York Station and the beautiful city centre. The apartment has a high standard of both decoration and furnishings throughout. The property has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath and integral shower. With the addition of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area this well positioned apartment has everything that you could want in the city of York, including free WiFi and also the addition of a designated secure parking space.

This apartment is lovely and central and is very close to the city centre. We all loved the apartment. The only problem we had were the bed covers were full of hairs. Pet hairs and also human hairs. Not just in our bed but also the other bed. We only found this when we got into bed so was too late to do anything about it. The following morning I contacted the emergency number and after sending through some pictures the beds were changed. I don’t know what went wrong as the rest of the apartment was spotless. We would stay there again though.

Well situated property. Clean and well equipped. We were ok but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. I know York quite well so was able to quickly park and collect keys from the office. Told car park key fob would be in apartment, it wasn’t. Held car in restricted area until someone brought us the key fob. This didn’t work and Chris came within 10 minutes with replacement. Eventually entered car park and got installed in apartment. All phone calls to the office were handled efficiently. Enjoyed the stay after the first hour!Check the fobs!!

The flat was in an ideal location; five minutes from the Railway station, two minutes down to the river and ten minutes walk to the main sites. The complex itself is very quiet and the flat is lovely. However, a problem occurred with a water leak during our stay; communication with the letting agent was disappointing. We were moved to another location eventually and then back again after a day, given very short notice. The staff individually were pleasant, but there were too many different individuals dealing with the problem.

Our low marks are mainly due to the parking situation, which made things a bit frustrating. The fob we were initially given didn’t work, leaving us to pay for overnight parking. Then the gate to the parking lot itself didn’t work, leaving us stuck in a fenced-in parking lot for over an hour. Other than that, the Flat itself was lovely, and the location was very convenient.
