The apartment was ideal. In a great location, just opposite the railway station and a short walk to the Minster and York city centre.
The apartment was very well equipped, all you really need to bring is your toothbrush!A thoughtful welcome pack was provided.
A convenient dedicated car parking space was provided. A lovely home from home.

The apartment was warm on arrival, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. There was a welcome pack awaiting us which was unexpected and delicious. We would be happy to live here! So close to the station and city but very quiet.

This is a difficult one to review because, on the positive side: (1) the operators were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive to any concerns, (2) the apartment is very well placed, outside the loud bustle but still within a 10 minute walk of virtually anywhere you would want to visit. On the downside: (1) they had a shower that would not drain such that each shower would cause a lake in the bathroom and the space between the bedrooms, (2) the water that you could get out had trouble getting hot, and (3) it is a real maze to get into, with fobs, keys, lockboxes and codes. It felt like you were being put through a Mission Impossible assignment to get into the (lovely) apartment. Mixed review I suppose.
