The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to the York walls. It's really easy to walk into the city, and there's parking for a car. It feels all very safe and secure with a family. There are a few pubs behind the house, and they're a bit rowdy late at night, but you're completely separated from them and can't hear them indoors.

A few, odd, small things. - When we arrived, the house was completely unlocked (front door, back door, and inner door to the garage) - There was a car in the garage for the entire time - no idea whose - as well as a kids bike and a load of boxes - There is a storage room downstairs, which was unlocked the whole time and had a LOT of random stuff in it - baby's chairs, toiletries, toys etc - I had to clean the hoover on behalf of the property, as I tried to use it and it wouldn't work as it was rammed full of stuff - Dishwasher didn't work - just kept stopping after 1 minute, despite me trying every setting. The rotor also fell off, which was great - There were a load of (harmless) spiders in the house - in the corrider and garage - which clearly hadn't been cleaned properly / put outside
