Nice flat, very close to the lake, easy to catch a ferry. Breakfast was really good and nearby, there was a lovely bar. I would stay again if visiting Bellagio.

We loved our stay here in a quiet part of Lake Como. The room was perfect - nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, free parking available nearby, close to the water and nice walk to Bellagio.

The room and bathroom were clean. That part was fine. Breakfast spread was decent too.
There is no lift. Very difficult to carry luggage upstairs because of the cramped stairs. No one to help at the location for anything. Room keys don't work.
