Very relaxing no hassle stay
Nice facilities within the studio. Only 2 mins walk to the bus stop. Not too far from the centre of the town to go shopping. Norbert was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Being a very active XC skier there was no place where I could work on my ski's, e.g. wax and prepare. I do understand that 80% of the clients may be downhill skiers but there is also a lot of XC skiers who come to the area as well.

Specified conditions
Everything was above and beyond expectations except for the check-in, there was no clerk to open the hotel for us and of course the apartment in particular. We waited for the clerk outside for over 30 minutes and could not contact anyone connected to the hotel. Finally the clerk appeared and from then on it was fine.

My experience at this place was absolutely wonderful. First of all, I would like to thank the staff member who welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely kind and respectful, helped us a lot, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was very beautiful, with a stunning view of the mountains and surrounding nature. The place is also very quiet, providing great peace of mind away from the noise of the.city. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped witheverything you might need. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and utensils, and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, just about an 8-minute drive from the center of Ortisei, making it very easy to reach the village, restaurants, and shops. I would like to thank the management for their care, cleanliness, and excellent organization. In short, it was a perfect stay in every way, and I will definitely come back to this place in the future, God willing.

Norbert’s sheik mountain cabin! There was a lot of thought and high end detail in the design a 10 no doubt!
Everything! The rooms were exceptional with everything you will need for your stay. From the bidet to the automatic curtains to the garage to the most relaxing sauna. Not to mention the unbelievable view And most comfortable bed! The covered patio was so relaxing with the killer view in front of you! Would go again no doubt!

Excellent facilities and equipment..excellent view of Apls .. one of the best place we had stayed.. Quality accomodation that is less than 2 years old
These are minor points .. No oven, No coffee powder even though there’s an excellent coffee machine No privacy as the divider are not permanent Sauna only from 5-7 pm

Stylish apartment on a superb location
Newly opened, stylishly decorated apartments with high quality fittings and material, great attention to details, large rain shower, comfortable bed with an eiderdown duvet, SMEG and DeLonghi appliances, spacious garage in the basement, elevator, large balcony with outstanding views. Short walking distance to the town center.

Disappointing
It turns out that there was no air conditioning in the apartment at all! And this despite the fact that the advertisement specifically states that there is air conditioning. We expect compensation for this

Exceptional
The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The building seemed brand new and super clean. The apartment was spacious and the furnishings were top quality and felt like home. The location was perfect for hikes around the area. Parking was also included.
The large terrace seemed perfect, but a partition would have been better for privacy. Also the terrace lacked furniture.
