Every single one of the staff was excellent, polite and helpful. I honestly think we were assigned the best room in the hotel, but maybe other people thought the same thing. The location of the hotel is about as central as you can get and the free parking is a huge bonus. They give you a free bus pass for local Transit, and the bus station is literally next door so that makes everything very easy. Instead of driving to Ortisei or Seis and paying a lot to park, you just take the bus and get on the gondola or visit the town. Veronika and everyone in the breakfast room is great. Parking is free, but it can get a little tight, so having a small car and arriving a little earlier is good.
There was nothing we didn't like
