Great hotel, amazing pool

The room and the hotel itself were great, but the real eye catcher is of course the heated outside pool with a mountain view. Really spectacular in the early morning!

Excellent location, super clean, best staff!

We arrived after midnight - although reception had closed, the check in was smooth. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel has a cosy, lodge style feeling you could easily spend all day enjoying the lovely food and views. We requested a late checkout and it was no trouble - 20 euros per person and there was no set time limit to when we could leave. Seceda cable cars and Alpe de Suisi are close by.

There could be more mirrors in the room! Our room did not have a mirror on the dressing table nor a full length one so it was a little hard getting ready if the bathroom is in use. Also, we booked 2 rooms for the same price - our room was much smaller than the other room. The room we stayed in had a glass door to the bathroom so if you’re not a couple their can be a slight privacy issue when using the bathroom.

The service was very poor, the rooms outdated and very hot in summers. They should provide a fan!

Completely perfect, the entire staff was so kind and personable. We had a suite with the mountain view, unbelievable. Breakfast was great, spa, pools, location, all just the best. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a dream trip that exceeded our expectations.

The location and setting is like a dream. The view from our room was right out of a movie; green mountain meadows dotted with European farm houses, majestic roughed mountain tops; an infinity pool with breathtaking views; a staff that treated us like family; extremely clean rooms and facilities; wonderful spa (my wife enjoyed a message and facial; Katherine and Patrick (the owners son) were so helpful and friendly. The food was creative, and the wine was price fairly and was delicious.

Я много путешествию и видел отели совершенно разного уровня. Но тут я впервые в жизни почувствовал себя, как дома. У нас был номер с террасой, от которой наша собака сходила с ума. Персонал максимально дружелюбный. Чисто невероятная. Кухня потрясающая. Собственный паркинг и зона для выгула собак перед отелем - значительно облегчили нашу жизнь. Проездные до подъемника выдают во время заселения. Добраться до туда 10-15 минут максимум.

Bellissima esperienza!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per qualche giorno e siamo rimasti entusiasti. L'hotel è pulitissimo, accogliente e con uno staff gentilissimo, il punto di forza è senza dubbio la cucina. Dalla colazione alla cena, materie prime di altissima qualità, piatti presentati benissimo e sapori autentici che valorizzano il territorio. Non capita spesso di trovare una qualità così alta in un albergo: complimenti allo Chef!

Lo staff reagisce in maniera impeccabile, la pulizia regna sovrana oltre la calma.

La posizione era centrale e vicina al centro. La colazione era abbondante e soddisfacente sia sul salato sia sul dolce. E' possibile estrarre il proprio succo.

Il parcheggio è stretto e la sauna finisce alle ore 20,00.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und von der Qualität oberes Level, kein Wunsch ist das ausgeblieben.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Rande von Kastelruth, ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr komfortable moderne große Zimmer, teilweise mit eigenem Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Gut temperierter Außenpool mit fantastischer Aussicht, der Innenpool ist jederzeit zugänglich Große Tiefgarage, gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal

Diverso da come ce lo aspettavamo, ma nel complesso gradevole.

Posizione ottima, centro del paese a una decina di minuti a piedi e snodi viari principali entro un paio di minuti in macchina. Ottima anche la colazione, completa e varia (non ho visto i paté di fegato che è facilissimo trovare in Alto Adige, ma non ne ho sentito la mancanza), e simpaticissimi gli spuntini offerti senza sovrapprezzo nel primo pomeriggio. Piacevole anche la doppia piscina, con l'acqua ben riscaldata in quella interna ma a temperatura gradevole anche in quella esterna.

A parte qualche sbavatura (tappetini doccia talora sfilacciati), cartellini buffet colazione talora invertiti (cornetti alla crema spacciati per cornetti alle nocciole e viceversa, ma bastava guardarli per capire), cameriere disponibilissime che interpretavano ciascuna a modo suo le ordinazioni (a mio figlio hanno portato latte e cacao in tre o quattro modi diversi), il principale appunto che credo di dover segnalare riguarda il tavolo da ping pong, posto sotto un gazebo in posizione improponibile, con le palline destinate a finire dopo pochi scambi nel giardino di un edificio limitrofo o in un campo poco più in là. Non ci siamo neanche azzardati a provarlo, peccato perché con la piscina era il motivo per cui avevamo scelto la struttura. Suggerisco di cinturare il gazebo con una rete, in modo da impedire alle palline di emigrare altrove.

purtroppo ci hanno segnato una camera affacciata su una strada molto trafficata, rumorosa dalle 5 di mattina alle 23, senza vista sulle splendide montagne. Anche alcune mosche erano fastidiose.....
