We LOVED the massage chair in the main area. I think it was constantly used by us, even arguing over who gets to use it next. We walked a lot around here and for us it was normal to get 20k-25k steps in everyday. We walked to Gion district almost every night.
We visited here in February so everywhere is cold. I couldn't get the bathroom to get warm. After taking a shower, the changing area (where the washer is) was soooo cold. I also didn't look hard enough to locate a heater if there was one ...

Close to subway. Nice home with 3 rooms. Came with everything to cook and eat inside. Nice massage chair. Hot water was great.plenty of towels and toilet paper. Instructions for appliances use and tour instructions.
Top toilet have methane gas smell. Both top and bottom toilet seem to seep liquid from the bottom as if seal wax is not installed..
