Superb little house in the heart of Kyoto with easy walk to the train station and restaurants. Two toilets and two showers really helped although there's no toilet on the 1st floor where beds are. Good sized kitchen, dining and living area with couches and a tv, allowing us all to relax after a big day.
No toilet/ bathroom room on sleeping floor. Also can't open windows on one side of top floor so it got hot during the day. Fixed with aircon though
