it was a little confusing since the map for the office was really the acommodaions map, so we got to the acommodation before we got to the office which was in a different place.
the acommodations description did not mention low ceiling and we had to change room because my son is very tall(6'8").
Might be helpful to mention the fact that the ceiling is very low.
The office worked with us to give us a better room for the issue.
