loved the style of the property althiough it did look a lot smaller than the photos.particularly the bath and garden courtyard area. the location was far enougjh away from the main areas but they were still readilly accessible by a short bus ride. WSe loved our stay there
We were staying for 6 days, however we had to use our suitcases as there was nowhere to hand or store clothing. When we asked about the locked wardrobe in the maion bedroom we were told it was for the units things.

Zona un po’ fuori mano, ma vale assolutamente la pena. Dimore storiche con tatami, composte da due piani. Ampie, lussuose, la nostra aveva anche un piccolo giardino privato. Esperienza da fare almeno una volta

I liked the bathtub, the house has a very authentic Kyoto machiya vibe, the staff received us warmly and gave us a nice welcoming gift. Shower place was also nice and the decoration was good too.
There were many good amenities provided and water on the fridge and there was a coffee machine with capsules. WiFi was also quick and reliable.
- property was properly cleaned, under the tv table there were layers of dust.
- blankets were extremely hot for all members of my group.
- the toilet door had a very big gap in between the wood boards, so you can see the people inside the toilet. Not much privacy feeling.
- if you are looking specifically for a traditional experience this is fine, otherwise just go to a normal hotel.
