Собранный нами мусор и уборщиком никто не выносит. До сих пор требуют деньги за вынос мусора. Сушилка не работала, а только стучала на весь район. Не могли уснуть и не дали соседям уснуть. Просто безобразие! Сушилка только стучит и ничего не сушит. Мы вынуждены были развешивать мокрое бельё по всему дому и включить обогрев на максимум чтобы высушить белье к утру. Присылают нам гневные сообщения с оплатой за то что вынесли мусор, который вонял внутри дома 3 дня. Безобразие. Прошу вернуть мне деньги за моральный ущерб в размере в три раза превыщающий мою плату. Жду компесации с нетерпением. Испортили нам пребывание в Киото в последние 2 дня.

我共住了6天，但房东3天只提供了一个垃圾袋，且规定垃圾不能私自放到门外，只能积存到三天后管理人员来搞清洁时才清理，我为这事情发邮件给房东反映，但没得到任何回复。
