Location is good easy walk to facilities and very good to have parking a real bonus

Very apprehensive and disappointing approach Looks a little tired. Arriving to park by a crumbling shed a very tired gate into the back yard to find all of the outside furniture is broken, area looks dirty and unkempt. The weather has been beautiful but certainly could not have sat out in that area

Loved the close proximity to the village centre and to Squires in particular! Parking for two cars was wonderful too. Fabulous location generally to either go to beaches or further afield like The Big Sheep. Beds were really amazingly comfortable, the shower was great and the TV in the large beautiful main bedroom was a lovely surprise. Lovely little welcome pack and things like washing up liquid and soap already in place was great and the dishwasher/washing machine made things easy. Would stay again.

House was on what seemed to be quite a busy cut through road and although I know it's not the fault of this house, the residents over the road at number 31 (teenagers) were screaming outside and in the house (one shouting at computer games) until well after midnight on two nights and as we stayed during the May Half Term heatwave, closing the windows was not an option . Kitchen could maybe do with a few more saucepans of different sizes, but great apart from that. My only real complaint was the state of the garden furniture...the courtyard area was a wonderful addition but let down by the state of the furniture - see photos.
