One of the single beds was a mattress on floor

We loved the area and the layout. It was perfect for a weekend away with our friends.
We felt some of the details could have been paid a little more attention to. There was only one toilet roll per bathroom for our whole weekend so we had to top up ourselves. Some spares left in the cupboards would be a nice touch! (Unless we just couldn’t find them). The coffee and tea jars were also nearly empty so ended up finding coffee elsewhere. If these extras are offered, it’s always nice to know attention has been paid to keeping them topped up and fresh.

The house is much more spacious than the pictures show, it was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm (We visited during storm Ingrid).
It couldn't be more central to all the amenities Braunton has to offer and the addition of a parking space is such a bonus as most properties don't have this available.
We have friends who live in Braunton so visit often and it'll be this property we book in future!
