Home from home - everything was included.
Comfortable bed, duvet was amazing.
Spacious.
Cosy.
Warm.
Easy heating.
Coffee / tea / dishwasher capsules were a nice touch!
Absolutely perfect.
Great communication.
Floors were a little dirty on check in, but spray mop was accessible and easy to use.

The bungalow was gorgeous - set in secure gardens and patio which meant we didn't have to worry about the dogs.
The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole house was ideal.
Couldn't use the bedside light in the smallest bedroom as the cable was too short to reach the socket.

Good location, bathroom good size and nice size rooms
Conservatory door needs mending, needs a good clean. The washing machine was dirty and no hoover bags left even though the hoover was full when we arrived. Cooker also needs a clean and think the oven trays need replacing as were caked in with burnt on crap. The mattress in the main bedroom could do with replacing.
