Great location, easy walk into the town centre. Garage was a big plus, we were able to get a car and our 3 bikes in easily.
Very clean, well equipped property, with nice beds and bedding. Lovely to have two bathrooms with baths.

Ivy Barn was perfect for our weekend away. The interior is lovely, clean and surprisingly spacious. The property is conveniently located - no more than a 10 minute walk to braunton town centre and a few minutes drive from Saunton / Croydon. Mel was a very attentive host too.
The garage only fits one car - we had to park the other car about 10 minutes away on a residential street. Perfect if you have one car, but be mindful if you have too.
It would be beneficial to book any taxis you need well in advance too as there’s not many available in the area at busy times.

So well equipped, characterful and cosy. Perfectly located and the garage for parking such a bonus!
Head heights in some areas challenging for a family of six-footers (😉) but they soon learnt to negotiate a safe passage!

Location and electric door gated garage. Quick responsive hosts. Strong shower and good to have a bath. Excellent decor and quirky surf style vibe.
Some height issues around the edges of the property and the stairgate is fine but could be a trip hazard if not required with elderly relatives.
